We bring the customers, the parts, and the paperwork. You bring the expertise — and keep more of what you earn.
You get an alert for a work order in your area. Before you accept anything, you see:
Accept, show up, do the work, get paid.
Decline anything that doesn't fit your schedule. No penalties.
We won't send you anywhere you don't want to go.
You're an independent contractor. That means write-offs on tools, supplies, mileage, home office, and more. We'll help you track mileage and expenses along the way.
We've gotten pretty good at helping mechanics keep more of what they earn. We're really proud of it.
If you bring business onto the platform, we pay you for it. Period.
When you do the work yourself
On top of your standard split — $175/hr at the current shop rate.
When someone else does the work
Earn 20% of the labor for work you didn't even leave the house for.
Give your customer your referral code. We handle the rest.
To join Executive Mechanic, you need:

Absolutely. You set when you work and which jobs you accept.
We work through it together. Can't make everyone happy, but Executive Mechanic will do everything possible to support YOU.
We do. If a part fails, we'll have the manufacturer cover the warranty time. If a job needs to be redone, we'll work through it together.
Yes — and we'll pay you for it. See "Bring Your Own Customers" above.
