Marine mechanic at work

Your Tools. Your Truck. Your Schedule.

We bring the customers, the parts, and the paperwork. You bring the expertise — and keep more of what you earn.

Separator A DAY ON THE PLATFORM

No surprises. No guesswork.

You get an alert for a work order in your area. Before you accept anything, you see:

  • The scope of work
  • How much you'll make
  • Where the job is located
  • The boat you'll be working on
  • The duration of the work

Accept, show up, do the work, get paid.

Separator ON YOUR TERMS

Your Schedule, Your Service Area

Accept only the work you want

Decline anything that doesn't fit your schedule. No penalties.

We won't send you anywhere you don't want to go.

Separator CLEAR DIVISION OF LABOR

What You Bring, What We Handle

You bring

  • Your tools
  • Your truck
  • Your expertise

We handle

  • Customer acquisition
  • Parts ordering
  • Scope of work
  • Paperwork
  • Marina access
  • Liability insurance
Separator KEEP MORE OF WHAT YOU EARN

You're a 1099 — And That's a Good Thing

You're an independent contractor. That means write-offs on tools, supplies, mileage, home office, and more. We'll help you track mileage and expenses along the way.

We've gotten pretty good at helping mechanics keep more of what they earn. We're really proud of it.

Separator FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

I already work at a marina full-time — can I do this on the side?

Absolutely. You set when you work and which jobs you accept.

What happens if a customer disputes a job?

We work through it together. Can't make everyone happy, but Executive Mechanic will do everything possible to support YOU.

Who handles warranty issues?

We do. If a part fails, we'll have the manufacturer cover the warranty time. If a job needs to be redone, we'll work through it together.

Can I bring my own customers onto the platform?

Yes — and we'll pay you for it. See "Bring Your Own Customers" above.
