• Mechanics: To perform services you request;
• Service Providers: Background checks, payment processors, and cloud providers;

6. Text Messages (SMS)

We use text messages to support your account and your service requests.

What we send. Verification codes when you sign up or sign in, updates about your service requests, and messages from the mechanic assigned to your job.

Your consent. We send text messages only after you provide your mobile number and agree to receive them during signup. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Messages between you and your mechanic. To protect everyone's privacy, messages between you and your assigned mechanic are relayed through an Executive Mechanic phone number. Neither of you sees the other's personal number. These messages pass through our systems and are stored with your job record, and may be reviewed by Executive Mechanic staff for support, safety, and dispute resolution.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below. Please note that if you opt out, we may be unable to send the verification codes needed to sign in to your account.

Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and any active service requests.

Your mobile information. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
