Executive Mechanic Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which Executive Mechanic LLC ("Executive Mechanic," "we," "us," or "our") provides limited warranties for services facilitated through its platform.

1. Coverage Scope

• Parts provided through EM's supply system;
• Labor directly related to the original service booked through the Executive Mechanic Platform;
• For a period of 30 days from the date of service completion.

2. Warranty Eligibility

• The service was booked and paid for through the Executive Mechanic Platform;
• The issue reported is a direct result of the original repair performed;
• You report the issue within 30 calendar days of service completion;
• You cooperate fully with follow-up evaluations and any reassignment of mechanic.

3. What Is Not Covered

• Wear-and-tear, misuse, or negligence by the customer;
• Customer-supplied parts or components;
• Any damage caused by unrelated vehicle issues, accidents, or acts of nature;
• Issues unrelated to the original work performed;
• Failure to follow manufacturer maintenance guidelines.

4. Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

• Contact us at support@executivemechanic.com with your original service order number and a description of the issue;
• Executive Mechanic will assess whether the claim falls under this Warranty Policy;
• If eligible, a different mechanic will be assigned to perform warranty work at no charge to the customer.

5. Exclusive Remedy

• Re-performance of the affected service by a different EM-approved mechanic, or;
• Refund of the cost of the affected portion of the original service, at Executive Mechanic's sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Mechanic's liability under this Warranty Policy shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the covered service.

7. Modifications

Executive Mechanic reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
