How It Works

1

Tell us what your boat needs

Open the app, pick your boat, describe the issue or service. Most owners do this in under two minutes.

2

We match you with a certified technician

You see the technician's name, photo, and upfront price before you accept. No mystery invoices.

3

Service happens where your boat is

At your slip, on the lift, in the driveway, or at the ramp. Most jobs finish in a single visit.

Shops can't keep up. Your season shouldn't pay for that.

New Orleans boat owners know the drill. Drop the boat off in March, hope to have it back before the rodeo. Five weeks later you're still waiting on a part nobody ordered. Executive Mechanic was built to put that backward setup out of business.

No 4-6 week shop wait

You book it. A technician shows up. The work gets done. Then you're back on the water.

No towing

Lake Pontchartrain to Bayou Liberty, your boat doesn't move. We come to it.

Upfront pricing

You see the cost before you accept the job. Not after.

New Orleans Marine Service FAQs

Do you service boats in Slidell and on the North Shore?

Yes. Our marine technicians work both sides of Lake Pontchartrain — Lakefront, Lakeview, and Metairie on the South Shore, plus Slidell, Mandeville, Covington, and Madisonville on the North Shore.

What outboards do you work on?

Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and Honda outboards — including Mercury Verado and 450R. We also service Mercruiser Bravo and Alpha sterndrives, Volvo Penta, and standard inboard configurations. If you have an unusual setup, ask before you book.

Can you handle hurricane prep and post-storm service?

Yes. Pre-season service, winterization, hurricane prep (haul-out coordination, fuel-system stabilization, battery pull), and post-storm diagnostics are in our regular service list. Book early — the week before a named storm is the wrong time to start calling.

My boat sits in an open lift on a canal. Can the technician work there?

Yes. Almost all New Orleans work happens at a customer's slip, lift, or dock. Open lifts and canal-side setups are standard for us. Note any access issues — gate codes, narrow driveways, lift controls — when you book.

How fast can someone get to my boat?

Most New Orleans bookings are scheduled within 2-4 business days. Emergency requests (won't-start, dead battery the morning of a planned trip) are handled faster when a technician has open availability.

What does it cost?

You see the upfront price for the specific service before you accept the booking. Common outboard service prices in the New Orleans market are consistent with industry standards — but you'll never get a 'we'll figure it out later' invoice from us.

What if something goes wrong with the work?

Every job comes with a warranty on the work performed. If something we touched fails, contact us through the app and we make it right. That's why we're a managed marketplace, not a referral list.

Do you service charter operators and rental fleets?

Yes. Charter operators on the lake, river, and Gulf access — and marinas with managed-fleet programs — should reach out through the Affiliates page for B2B pricing and scheduled-maintenance coordination.
